I completed the survey about the required sizes, hours before the event, for myself and a guest, I purchased supposed VIP packages. The sizes requested were unavailable, and there鈥檚 a forfeited portion of my VIP costs (non refundable, of course). What a joke that is. Another forfeiture was my front row access due to late comers standing in front, despite my benefit of early entry. I showed up before the event to use the features of my VIP ticket cost, what a joke that is. There is no reason at all to pay for additional VIP costs at this venue. Also, I was told multiple times to bring proof of vaccines for a check that never happened. The show was stunning, though very uncomfortable. No point in receiving multiple emails the week prior to the event, as there was no crowd control or vaccination check. Not much was delivered.
